Natalia Chambers is an international school teacher, mindfulness educator, and yoga teacher. She has taught in California, Hawaii, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia to diverse groups of students from all over the world. She has a background in psychology and began her journey into yoga and mindfulness in 1992. Motivated by compassion and the desire to take action, Natalia is passionate about helping others to help themselves.
