KITCHEN ASSISTANT - FRENCH HIGH END DINING
Ensures that the kitchen is clean, operational and well-organized.
Prepares mis-en-place, any tasks assigned by Chef de Partie or Executive Chef to ensure that kitchen operations run smoothly
Records notable food wastages and involves with product inventory
Properly cleans and sanitizes all food preparation areas according to restaurant’s established food and health safety regulations
Assists the cook with the preparation of meal ingredients that includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting and chopping vegetables, fruits, meal and poultry.
Assists on receiving orders following detailed check from quality and quantity and correctly store food supplies
Disposes of garbage and practices food safety and sanitation at any given time
Cleans the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
