Job Description

JOB Description: Independently manage activities and take care of all administrative responsibilities of the office. Meet and Greet Customers / Partners and Walk-Ins face to face and Manage Phone Calls. Coordinate HR Activities in Liaison with Project Managers and Team Leaders. Demonstrate Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Manage Monthly / Daily Accounts and Petty Cash. Coordinate with Property Management, Facility Management and Local Government Personals to ensure seamless function of the office. Manage Local Purchases - Office / IT/ Pantry Supplies. Ensure compliance with policies set by the company. Ensure seamless communication / reporting channel with Dubai Office for improving operational efficiency.
