We are seeking for a capable 2nd line cloud support technician who has a previous experience and able to process about 50 tickets per day and to troubleshoot our customer issues professionally. You will be responsible for logging internal and external support calls from clients with ensuring that all related information is collected accurately. Thus, you must have an outgoing personality, professional telephone manner and good communication skills. When needed, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues related to the 3rd Line Support.
