Technical Trainer

1. Other Trainers:

1. The trainers will teach adult students the related subject to their qualification, such as electrical trainers will teach students subject similar to electricity or instrumentation ( if he has taught before)
2. Salary: Basic salary will depend on the position the candidate will be selected for:

TT1 Instructor Requirements

1. Min. qualification – Technical / Engineering Diploma within the relevant subject

2. three years of training experience

3. five years industrial experience within the oil & gas industry

4. Excellent English language ability

5. Desirable: Competence-based assessment experience (e.g., NVQ)

6. Desirable: A1 or V1 / D32 or D33

7. Desirable: Middle East experience

8. Desirable: High level of IT (Windows based applications) and presentation skills in communications and instructional technique

9. Desirable: Have completed either formal ‘Train the Trainer’ or Certified Trainer course

TT2 Instructor Requirements:

• To maintain all workshop equipment and prepare the workshops for lessons.

• Workshop stores management.

• Support and assist the instructional staff in the delivery of the technical curriculum in the work shop

• Help trainees to achieve their potential.

• Help to improve the training programs

• Any other duties as reasonably required by Technical Instructor 1 and The client Management Skills
