Job Description
• Help ensure our guests have enjoyable and educational experiences while visiting the BFEC
• Greeting all guests who enter a ride / experience and validating their tickets
• Operating sophisticated ride systems
• Memorizing and delivering lengthy narrations on a microphone to a group of young guests (children)
• Monitoring Guest flow and providing a safe Guest experience
• Maintaining safety standards
• Cleaning areas surrounding attractions
• Working with BFEC e-pass and apps, allowing guests to reserve access to select BFEC attractions, entertainment and character greetings in advance
• Facilitating themed events-within-an-event, such as culinary demonstrations, children’s activities, and playgrounds
• Tests equipment daily before opening ride to patrons
• May observe patrons boarding vehicle to ensure they are safely seated without being over-crowded and safety belts or bars are secure
