Mandatory Requirements:
▪ Bachelor's Degree in, Business, Industrial engineering
▪ 10 years of experience as a Customer service manager
▪ Organize, plan, and monitor customer’s excellence
▪ High experience in customer service process.
▪ Working in organization that offer multiproduct to customers.
▪ Expertise in customer service, customer retention is a must.
▪ Overall knowledge of transport industry, container shipping and logistics
▪ Knowledge in planning customer journey.
