Nair Systems is currently looking for NPIA Telco Cloud Senior Engineer for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms & conditions.
Minimum qualification and expertise :
•Strong knowledge of NFV ecosystem, Cloud stack (Open stack), Cloud Storage Products, Huawei Cloud Hardware (E9000), NFVI installation using Fusionsphere Platforms
•Knowledge on relevant 3GPP standards, security specifications.
•Good knowledge on Huawei Oceanstor storage devices.
•Advanced knowledge on 2G/3G/4g & 5G mobile networking and deployment of key VNFs using ETSI MANO model with various VIM frameworks
•Having Good knowledge of 5G Technology, MEC, EDGE, 4G,3G, 3GPP, specifications, having knowledge of Centralized RAN, Virtual RAN and Cloud RAN.
•Experience in installation of Openstack undercloud, overcloud & controller infrastructure with various vendors compute nodes & storage nodes hardware & troubleshoot hardware for openstack performance issues
•IaaS PaaS Cloud setup, RHOSP, OCP based cloud for Mobile Core VNF’s/CNFs like EPC or 5G vRAN VNF’s.
•Experience in industry leading telco cloud SDN technologies ( Huawei, Nokia, Juniper & NEC) a must
•Good understanding of Telco cloud, good communication skills and sufficient cross domain knowledge for technical discussions with customer and understanding customer requirements
•Working on Containerized NFV Architecture POC for Cloud Native Containerized CNF Telco workloads
•Used many multiple Open source tools Ansible, Bacula, Zabbix, Nagios, ELK, Gitlab, Satellite, IDM.
•Experience in carrying out various POC’s, RFP, tests & inspection for various solutions and new technologies.
•Have minimum 5 years plus experience on Telco cloud
•To have relevant expert level certifications for the respective domains (Open stack, cloud computing).
•Bachelor Degree in engineering with overall 8 to 10 years’ experience on telecom & IT infrastructure management
Support day-to-day operational requirements on normal routine and others as and when needed aligned to operations framework
•Provide best guideline on network management & monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration and other operational activities to ensure full resiliency network & services
•Maintain Telco cloud infrastructure KPIs for managing various VNF functions
•Handle Incident management, problem management & RCA process
•Support change management and business continuity activities
•Conduct UAT and acceptance testing for new telco cloud platforms and VNF’s
•Resource should be present on-site for troubleshooting Emergency and Critical issues and handle overall service management process with Huawei systems.
•Resource are responsible to provide regular updates to team for on-going Emergency, Critical or Major issues and is also expected to present the root cause analysis report.
•Resource shall prepare a checklist template for periodic health check of their respective domains.
•Systematic and process/procedures oriented with good troubleshooting and project management skills
•Good communication, presentation and customer/partner relationship skills
•Ability to perform well under high pressure within customer premises/environment
•Shall be able to work more than office hours in case of urgent operational need
