Job Description

Nair Systems is currently looking for FIM Engineer for our Qatar operations with the following skill sets and terms & conditions.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years’ experience in Software deployment.
    •5+ year’s proven experience on FIM/MIM/LIM and equivalent identity management platform/software.
    •Proven Expertise in RCDC, MPR, and SET, workflow, PowerShell and C #to develop management agents for FIM.
    •Expert in Oracle HRMS and Oracle programming language.
    •Expert in Java Cross platform web service for integrating Seibel.
    •Expert in Jason programming for integration into Ericson platform.
    •Expert in managing, designing, deployment, backup & restore and upgrading of Forefront Identity Management (FIM)
    •Expert in analyzing, development and customization of FIM.
    •Proficient in development including C#, ASP.Net, WCF, Web Services (SOAP & REST)
    •Must have experience in development of Management agents, Activities, Rules extension and PowerShell.
    •Experience with databases design and structure query languages (SQL).
    •Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, ERP and CRM.
    •Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering/science or equivalent qualification.
    Desired Skills:
    •Strong communication & documentation skills.
    •Ability to work with stakeholders and vendors to provide design, development, integration or upgrade of FIM and its component.
    •Experience in Software development life cycle.
    •Utilize knowledge to resolve issues in a timely manner
    •Handle blocking issues and cases, ensuring the most effective resolution of all issues .
    •Develop and implement support strategies resulting in fewer incidents, increased availability, or accelerated deployments  
    •Effectively lead critical situations including documented action plans.
    •Experience in SharePoint will be an advantage.

    Daily Tasks:

  • Support OG-Qatar staff with their integrated HRMS system with FIM.
    •Maintain FIM service and its SQL DB instances, assuring its availability and monitor its alerts daily.
    •Role Provisioning /De-Provisioning troubleshooting for all the applications which are integrated/will be integrated with FIM.
    •On demand addition or modification of Roles for the all the integrated/will be integrated applications.
    •Management Agent development or modification as per the need.
    •Bulk user and role provisioning or de-provisioning.
    •Supporting and maintaining FIM main web console.
    •Troubleshooting of User Provisioning/De-provisioning in case of any issue.
    •Coordination with Application Owners and Technical Team in case of issue from application side.
    •Handle user literacy support and trained them.
    •Customizations as per the need.
    •Maintain client’s coming soon Self-service which will allow all staff in OQ and OG to reset and unlock their NW accounts by themselves not by help line any more.

    Still to be done in the pipeline:

  • Integration with HP Service Manager, for ticket creation of each application request initiated using FIM.
    •Process development for one time password (OTP) application for windows logins, as per the Security Team requirements.
    •Handover some basic tasks to Helpline by training them, to reduce the workload of Windows team and FIM admin and prompt response to user.
    •Development and enhancement of CRM phase-2.
    •Development and enforcing of policies and processes as per the request from different department for launching a new application.
    •Assist for internal and external auditing of disabling of users from AD and integration applications.
    •Assist and make changes as per Microsoft recommendations identified during Health Check.
    •Automation of Active Directory requests.
    oFile share folder creation request.
    oExchange meeting room creation.
    oDistribution group creation request
    oDisplay Name changing for Staff & Consultants
    oMembership requests to add in a Group.
    •Fixing of application Management Agents and connectors issues.
    •Perform following daily operation.
    •Controlling and monitoring of all operation regarding FIM.
    •Identify and automate processes and integrations by analysis, designing, development, testing and deployment.
    •Response to the cases, and fixings to avoid recurring of issues.
    •Monitoring and fixing of failures during Synchronization of all applications.
    •Monitoring de-provision of user from AD and other applications.
    •Handling of special cases where application provisioning failed.
    •Occasionally report generation as per the requests of application and audit team requests.
    •Currently following are the integrated application with FIM.
    •AD, Exchange, Lync/Skype for Business
    •Operation Desk
    •ADSL List
