Our client in Qatar is looking to hire IT Business Support Specialist
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
â–ª Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent work-related experience
â–ª Minimum 8 years' business analysis experience
â–ª Minimum 3 years' process analysis and design
â–ª Strong customer service and support skills in logistics IT applications
â–ª Strong knowledge of Transportation Management systems preferably Oracle Transportation Management
â–ª Proficient with Application Implementation Methodologies for logistics modules
â–ª Assist with program rollout activities, including logistics business units and trading partners, project coordination, status reporting and communication to program management.
