OUTLET MANAGER – Pastry/Cafe
Leads the team in executing store sales, operational goals and target
Meets or exceeds visual merchandising standards and executes visual changes on a timely basis
Provides quality food and beverages consistently for all valued customers by adhering to all recipe (standards) and presentation standards too
Drives store efficiency by initiating tasks and delegating tasks to team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment & demonstrate respect and integrity at all levels of the organization.
Retail Store Management in Hospitality Management for at least 2 years (preferably in Pastry & Sweet Shops)
Problem solving skills, eye on details and has strong verbal and written communication skills
Full knowledge in pastry and coffee products
Has an excellent organization, leadership and solid management skills
Available to work all shifts/holidays
Male, with valid IQAMA and transferable sponsorship
Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Hospitality/Tourism or related industry
