HEAD CHEF/CHEF DE PARTIE – for Quick Service
· Monitors product freshness and rotate out old product based on a schedule created by the management team
· Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant.
· Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage, sanitation, proper handling of all food products at the right temperature.
· Checks periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section.
· Ensures high standards of food hygiene and consistently follows health safety and regulations.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
· Available to work all shifts/holidays
· Male, with valid IQAMA and transferable sponsorship
· Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary or related industry
