Job Description

Nair Systems is currently looking for Account Manager – Advertising for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
·Minimum 3 years’ Advertising, Marketing, digital media search engine marketing, sales and service experience required.
·Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
·Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity, communications skills and meeting deadlines.
·Proven ability to understand client needs, create and deliver customized, data-driven client-focused pitches and solutions.
·Effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client management.
·Talented in using data to influence via engaging presentations and clear written communications.
·Solid knowledge of the search industry, trends, and clients’ needs.
·Passion for technology as an enabler for client and company growth.
· Speaks, reads & write fluently both Arabic and English
· Responsible for existing account management and client’s communications.
· Have day-to-day relationships with the client and serve as their key contact.
· Executing & implementing presentations, plans & campaigns (Offline, Digital& social media).
·Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.
·Manage and oversee social media content for key clients.
·Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
·Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
·Present to client Senior Management.
·Listen to suggestions and wishes of the clients and communicate them to the appropriate people inside the agency.
·Learn about the clients’ industry and business activities to suggest more personalized solutions.
·Liaise with clients to organize promotional events or decide on advertising material that suit their profiles and goals.
·Collaborate with colleagues to design creative campaigns or other projects according to the standards discussed with clients.
·Employ networking techniques to attract new clients.
·Negotiate budgets and deadlines and make detailed presentations.
·Undertake administrative work and keep records of clients.
·Tracking and coordinating all activities occurring for each account.
·Preparing regular client reports and attending client meetings.
·Retaining existing customers and identifying potential customers.
·Grow a strong relationship with multiple clients.
·Always have a positive attitude.
·Proactive and at par with the latest industry trends.
