We are looking for " Mechanical QC Inspector " Description : • Verification of Material issuance records and perform material inspection and document verification prior to startup of pre-fabrication activities of the project. • Inspection of products in layout and cutting area, preparation and maintaining of quality records and liaison with QC Engineer for customer inspection whenever is .required by approved ITP .• Maintaining the Material Traceability records and keep updating the Quality Dossier of Project. • Carryout all Visual and Dimensional inspections of product from pre-fabrication to final Delivery of Product and maintaining the RFI acceptance log. • Liaising with QC Engineer and Production supervisor for product functional/Hydrotest whichever is required. • Reporting any non-conformity existing in production floor/site, to QA/QC Engineer for its issuance, disposition and final closeout. • Verifying the preventing maintenance, schedule implementation and...

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Study of Drawing and specification prior to inspection. 2. To ensure Painting, Blasting material received as per the specification. 3. To monitor Ambient condition applicable during the work period. 4. For surface preparation activities verify all the information such as method used, original substrate condition abrasive type,  profile achieve, time of starting and completion. 5. To ensure that all instruments are calibrated. 6. To ensure the out let air clerisy blasters is free from moisture, grease etc 7. To verify all the painting material information such as products reference number of thinness. 8. To witness ratio during the mixing of paints. 9.
