Bachelor degree in an Earth Science, geography Science, remote sensing or related Engineering discipline with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience with satellite-based remote sensing, image interpretation and image-processing techniques.

Education: (2) years of Engineering College, Technical Institute or equivalent He shall be familiar with Windows operating system, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint), MicroStation 2D & 3D and ESRI ArcGIS Software. Shall be capable of performing the full range of assigned duties, including using ESRI software to maintain GIS maps and/or data and to review and update ArcSDE Geodatabase maps; performing data collection, digitizing information from drawings and/or scanned images.
